What’s included in the posted rent (are there additional charges on top of the rent)?

A good question to ask when looking around. Your rent pays for everything. There are no extra amenities fees or additional charges. Heat, electricity, water, high-speed Internet, cable TV, furnishings, fitness center, study lounge / print access are all included. We also have trash chutes on every floor and recycle bins on each floor, to help make life a little easier.

How can I pay rent?

We have an online payment system (the Appfolio tenant portal through our website) for eCheck (free bank transfer) and debit /credit cards. Automatic payments are possible for both methods. We also accept personal check and money order / bank check at the office.

Is there an on-site manager?

His name is Taylor and the office is located in the lobby next to Java Den. Office hours are 9:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday (and by appointment). We have a 24-hour emergency maintenance line for urgent issues.

How do I make a maintenance request?

The most efficient way is through the tenant portal. Log into your account, open the menu drop down and select Maintenance Request. Voila, we’ll get you taken care of.

Is vehicle parking available?

Yes. You can lease heated, secure underground parking ($185 / month for residents, $195 / month for non-residents). A one-month security deposit is due at signing. Temporary parking for up to a week is available for $10 / day if stalls are available. Please contact Taylor for details.

Do you have bike and moped parking?

We offer free bike and moped parking for residents in our garage and just outside the building (but hey, living so close to class you may find it quicker and easier to walk most days). Simply register your bike or moped (or both) at the office.
